Type Mail in the search box and go to the Mail Windows Store App. Go to Settings while keeping the Mail app open.

These settings will let you get an alert every time you get an email message. Once you check all your email notifications in Windows 10 Notification and Action Centre, you can delete them right away by clicking the X button appearing next to the notification. You can adjust the settings for all your email accounts in the same way. There is another way to enable or disable email notifications of the Mail app in Windows 11 and Windows 10. For that, you need to use Windows Settings. To get started, press Win+I to open Windows Settings and go to System > Notifications. Click on the Mail app. Here you can find all the options to manage the notifications. If you want to turn off mail notifications, toggle the Notifications button.
On the other hand, it is possible to customize the notification banner, play or mute notification sound, etc.
How do I get email notifications on Windows 11/10?
To get email notifications on Windows 11/10 PC, you need to turn on the notifications in the Mail app. For that, you can open the Mail app, click on the Settings gear icon, and go to the Notifications setting.
